I love grapefruit, but....

So I went to the store the other day to stock up on food for the week. When I checked out at the cashier, the bill seemed a little high. Now, most people would have at least said something, but seeing how I was born with Jacobson-math-skills, I kept my mouth shut. Afterall my cart was kind of full, plus I bought steaks.

Well, the next day, Brent happened to notice the receipt on the counter. He asked why I bought 84 grapefruit. Now seeing how Brent doesn't like fruit, especially grapefruit, I thought he was just being sarcastic about all the new fruit I had bought. Then I looked at the receipt. Sure enough, I had spent $57 on grapefruit!

Thank heavens that I married a man who could count and thank heavens for Smith's customer service who reimbursed us for 80 grapefruit!
